Privacy Notice
This Notice explains what information Confía 360 uses, why it uses it, how connections to third-party services work and what choices you have about your data.
Last updated: September 18, 2026
1. Data controller
Conf\\u00eda 360, with an address reference at M\\u00e9xico, is responsible for processing the personal data described in this Notice to operate Confía 360.
For privacy matters, requests about your data or exercising your rights, contact us through [email protected].
2. Scope
This Notice applies to people who create an account, set up a business, connect an Instagram account or Facebook Page, or use the publishing and scheduling features available in Confía 360.
3. Data we process
Depending on the features you use, we may process the following categories:
- Account data: email address, selected plan and information needed to maintain your account and session.
- Business data: business name, short name, product or service description, industry and preferences you provide during setup.
- Audience and operating profile: customer type, geographic reach, age ranges, purchasing channel, decision factor, frequency, days, time and selected city for organizing your publications.
- Social connection data: connected network, username, public account information and permissions you authorize to provide the requested features.
- Publication data: text, images or videos, scheduled date and time, selected networks and delivery status.
- Session data: information needed to keep you signed in and protect access to your account.
- Privacy and deletion requests: date, status and minimum information needed to handle and document the corresponding request.
Confía 360 does not ask you to enter your Instagram or Facebook password within the platform. When you connect a network, authorization takes place directly on that network’s official screens.
Within the current scope of the service, we do not intentionally request sensitive personal data. If a future feature needs to process a sensitive category, we will provide specific information and obtain the applicable consent before enabling that processing.
4. Purposes of processing
We use information for the following purposes necessary to provide the service:
- create and manage your account;
- authenticate you, maintain your session and protect access to your account;
- save and resume your setup progress;
- configure your business’s publishing preferences;
- start and maintain authorized connections to Instagram and Facebook, as well as other networks enabled in the future;
- create, schedule, send and view publications when you use those features;
- show the actual status of connections and publications;
- handle deauthorization, deletion requests and other requests about your data;
- prevent abuse, unauthorized access or use contrary to the Terms and Conditions;
- comply with legal obligations and valid requests from authorities.
5. Connections to Instagram, Facebook and Meta
When you choose to connect Instagram or Facebook, Confía 360 directs you to Meta’s official authorization process. For Facebook, you then explicitly choose the Page to connect. Information needed to maintain that connection is protected and is not displayed in the interface.
Confía 360 considers an account ready to publish only when the connection has completed successfully. Opening the authorization process alone does not mean the account is connected.
From Confía 360’s controls you can request disconnection or deletion with a 7-day grace period. Both actions immediately block new publications. During the grace period you can restore the connection, but publications already cancelled are not reactivated automatically.
You can also request immediate disconnection or deletion. If you disconnect now, you will need to reconnect the network to publish again. If you delete now, the connection and related publications are removed from Confía 360 and the action cannot be restored.
If you revoke access through Meta, Instagram or Facebook, Confía 360 stops using that connection when it receives the corresponding confirmation. This action is independent of the grace period started within Confía 360.
Important: while a deletion is scheduled within Confía 360, you can view its status and planned date in your account. Requests initiated through Meta are handled separately.
6. Third parties and necessary transfers
To provide the features you choose, certain information may be shared with external services essential to operating Confía 360. This includes Meta, Instagram and Facebook when you authorize a connection, as well as services needed to keep the platform available, secure and able to communicate.
When you interact with Meta, Instagram or Facebook, their own terms, policies and privacy controls also apply. Confía 360 does not control processing performed by those platforms outside the operation you request.
7. Choices to limit use or disclosure
You can manage a connection through Confía 360 by disconnecting, restoring during the grace period or deleting it. You can also revoke authorization through Meta, Instagram or Facebook. To limit other uses that are not essential to providing the service, or to raise a specific objection to processing your data, use [email protected] and identify your account’s email address and the processing you want to limit.
Preferences strictly necessary for authentication, security, legal compliance or carrying out an instruction you requested may not be disabled while the feature requiring them remains active.
8. Retention
We retain information while it is needed to maintain your account and provide requested features, and subsequently for periods reasonably necessary to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or protect service security.
When you request scheduled disconnection, the connection may be retained during the grace period and then remain disconnected. When you request scheduled deletion, the connection and related publications are deleted at the end of that period unless you restore it first. Immediate actions execute without that grace period. Requests initiated through Meta are handled separately.
9. Security
We apply reasonable organizational and security measures to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure. Information used to maintain your connections is protected and is not displayed in the interface.
No Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security. If we identify an incident that must be communicated under applicable law, we will act in accordance with the corresponding obligations.
10. Session continuity
Confía 360 uses only the information necessary to keep you securely signed in while you use the platform.
These mechanisms must not be used for behavioral advertising within the current scope of the product.
11. Rights over your data
Under applicable Mexican personal data protection law, you may request access, rectification, cancellation or objection concerning your personal data, and revoke consent where applicable.
Your request must allow us to reasonably identify you, describe the data or processing concerning which you want to exercise a right and provide a way to receive a response. When necessary, we may request additional information to verify identity or clarify the request.
To start a request, use [email protected]. You can also visit Data deletion for options relating to Meta, Instagram and Facebook connections.
12. Decisions and publications under your control
You decide which social account to connect and can revoke access from each network’s controls. Confía 360 must not publish to an account you have not authorized.
When a publication is scheduled, we use the connection belonging to your account and the information you have confirmed or provided for that operation.
13. Minors
Confía 360 is intended for people who manage business or professional activities and is not designed to deliberately collect minors’ personal data.
14. Changes to this Notice
We may update this Notice when the product, regulatory framework or way we process information changes. The current version will be published at this same address with its update date. If a change requires new consent or an additional action, it will be requested separately where applicable.
